Nwestco, LLC has completed its acquisition of Able Clean-Up Technologies, Inc., effective January 31, 2024. The Spokane, Washington-based environmental services firm specializes in hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, emergency response, and site remediation.
The Companies
Able Clean-Up Technologies was founded in 1999 by licensed professional geologist Kipp Silver and degreed biologist Jason Moline. The firm serves Washington, Idaho, and Montana markets.

The Able team will continue operating alongside Nwestco's existing Spokane branch, which focuses on fuel and car wash equipment services.
Services Expanded
Able provides UST/AST release remediation, emergency spill response, site assessments, excavation, and hydro-excavation services for petroleum and commercial clients.
Nwestco now operates branches across the western U.S., from California to Arkansas, with this acquisition strengthening its environmental services division.
